Transferring Emails and Addresses to Outlook

How can I import the emails and address book from
Earthlink to Outlook 6? Earthlink tech told me to export
my earthlink files to a folder and make them a *.csv
file,But Outlook wont import them

There is no such product as Outlook 6. Outlook versions are 97, 98, 2000,
2002, and 2003. You're referring to Outlook Express, a completely different
product and one that has its own set of newsgroups. Ask in our of those.
