transfering

I installed my outlook 2003 on my desktop and my laptop.
I have since needed to buy a new laptop and need to
transfer my outlook to my new loptop. The program won't
let me. Can anyone help.
 
Why won't it let you? Have you tried using the telephone to activate it
this time?
