Transfering Outlook Express

I want to backup all my emails in Outlook Express. Is there anyway to simply
backup Outlook Express itself (like the folder or whatnot) and then if my
machine crashes(like it did) I can simply copy Outlook Express back to my
hard drive?

You might also want to take a look at the following site re the OEBackup
program that Galen mentions.

Let me mention another OE backup program. It's not a "freebie", so if you're
interested in *only* a free OE backup program, read no further...

The program is ABF Outlook Express Backup program - see
http://www.abf-soft.com/outlook-express-backup.shtml. It's a wonderful
program in that it's extremely simple to learn and use and quite effective
as an OE backup program. We, and a number of our clients, have been using
the program for about a year or so and we've been extremely satisfied with
it. Not only does it backup your mail folders, but your Address Book, OE
settings, Rules, Blocked Senders, Stationeries, and even your Favorites. And
it does so simply and quickly. And if & when restoration is needed, it
accomplishes that simply and quickly as well. But as I've said, it's not a
freebie. It's $29.95. A somewhat crippled 30-day evaluation version of the
program (it will only backup messages) is available so I would suggest you
try it out, even if you have initial qualms about purchasing this type of
product.
