transfering Outlook contacts to Outlook Express contacts

I am changing from Outlook to Outlook Express and would
like to move my Outlook Contact list to my Outlook Express
Contact list. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

You'd have to export your Contacts Folder to a format OE can import, like
CSV.
