transfering mails from microsoft windows mail to outloook express

i need to know how to transfer mails and contacts from micorsoft windows mail
(windows vista-Home Edition) to outlook express..inspite the extension is
different..looking for a solution ASAP
 
Messages are stored in .EML format, they can be dragged and dropped into
Outlook Express folders. Contacts can be exported from WM and imported into
OE in .CSV format.
