Transfering emails from Outlook Express to Vista

I had the computer store transfer my outlook express emails to my new
computer in a DBX file. I can't seem to transfer the emails or open them.
Please help!

Thanks but I do not understand this at all.
I just want to import my Outlook Express emails from my old computer to my
new one.
 
What don't you understand, the directions are pretty clear to most folks.
Where are you getting lost?
