transfering data from palm to outlook

I have been using a palm tungsten to do my organizing. Can I transfer all my
contacts into Outlook with out having to enter them all manually.
 
If you have synching software that will allow you to synch with Outlook,
yes.

Download the latest version of Palm Desktop for the tungsten tand install
it - I think it has the built-in capability to sync to Outlook. If not, see
www.chapura.com or www.pumatech.com
