Resently my web hoster moved to a new server and I saved my website to my
hard drive and published my site to the new server but my sub webs didn't
publish to the new site. How can I publish the sub webs without changing the
default pages and other pages.

You first of all need to make sure you host allows subwebs, some don't.
And, they may require that they set up the subwebs on the host server before
you publish.

Have you tried publishing them individually?
