Transfer Spreadsheet from a CSV file

I have an Excel spreadsheet where the columns have a comma for their
delimiter. The file was send to me from my bank (it has a csv extension) and
I cannot get it to import into my access database.

The TransferSpreadsheet will only work with an xls extension. Can this be
done using MS Access?
