Is there a way to transfer reoccuring Outlook 2003 Calendar entries from one
profile to another. It will only let me transfer a reoccuring entry as a
single occurence.

Thank you for any help with this.

Not sure what you mean by profile - you can certainly share the same PST in
multiple Outlook profiles (although you can't use it simultaneously in
both). If you want to copy the recurring appointment/event from one PST file
to another, change the view settings on the calendar in the source PST file
so you can see Recurring Appointments, and select/drag/copy it from there to
the other PST file (presuming you have both PST files open at the same
time).

Thank you. What I was trying to do was back up my reoccuring Calender
entries from my main calender and then reload them into the main Calendar
upon creation of a new profile/email address. I am not sure I am explaining
clear enough.

Anyway I changed the calender view to reoccuring as suggested and that has
solved my problem

Thanks again.

Glad to help - but I probably would've just used the "real" PST file as the
data source/delivery point for the new profile myself....

Is there any way to select the Future events I have specific in one Calendar
folder and copy those into a new folder that I am syncronizing wiht my
BlakcBerry?
