transfer profiles, contacts, calendar, etc.

Running Outlook 2002sp3 on old system w/XP Home and wish to transfer my
profiles, message history, contacts, to new laptop running Outlook 2003 &
XPpro. I haven't even activated office on new system, want to try to get it
all right the first time? please help
