Transfer PDC to another DC

I have two W2K servers running, one is PDC and the other is BDC.
I want the BDC to become the PDC and the current PDC to become a BDC (to be
switched off in near future).
How do I do that?

You can manually move the PDC role in Active Direcotry Users and Computer,
On the BDC right click the domain name and select Operations Masters. Now
you can transfer the RID, PDC to Infrastructure to the BDC. When you get
ready to remove the OLD pdc. If you run DCpromo it will delete AD off of it
and automatically transfer any roles that it owns to another DC.
