transfer outlook settings and email accounts to another computer?

Is it possible to transfer outlook settings and email accounts to another
computer? I'd like the Outlook on the new machine configured identically to
the old one.
 
I just found the Microsoft Office 2003 Save My Settings Wizard, which looks
like it will take care of the problem.
