transfer outlook data to a new computer

I bought a new pc and I installed office 2003, I want to transfer all my data
files (email addresses, inbox, sent mails, address book etc.) from my old PC
to my new one. could anybody show me the steps to take? thanks.

By the way, JoAnn was polite to not mention it, but this newsgroup is
