transfer old folders to new outlook express

My old computer motherboard died, so I bought a new computer, and installed
the old HD to transfer my data. How do I retrieve all the old Outlook
Express folders I created (full of data) , and install them in the new OE. I
have imported address book, no problem, but the folders, located in "local
settings" are beyond my reach. Can you help, please?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
