Transfer of files using Recovery Consol

My XP installation is screwed and I cannot restore the
installation. Is it possible to migrate my data via a
network or to a PCM card?

You can create a new folder within the Recovery Console and copy your data
to it using available commands, then reinstall XP (without formatting the
partition).
