Transfer my mailbox to a new PC

Hi

I use Outlook Express.

I have recently purchased a new PC with Office 2003 installed and I need to
transfer my mail folders, messages, address book etc from my old PC (running
Office XP) to my new PC.

Can anyone please refer me to any instructions as to how to do this ?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
