Transfer messages and adresses from Outlook Express to Outlook?

I currently use Outlok Express. I justr installed an office computer but thw
Microsft Offise 2003 only containd Outlook. I wan to be able to share e-mail
between computers.
If I change from Outlook Express to Outlook on my existing computer how can
I transfer my existing messages and addresses to Outlook?

You'll want to use Outlook Express' Export command for messages and
Outlook's Import command for your Address Book.
