The easy way -- if you don't YET have a roaming profile for that
user -- is to just set the roaming profile path as above (**) and then
have the user logon at their "favorite machine" where the preferred
profile is stored.

The LOCAL profile will be used in that case and become the
profile copied to the roaming location.

Second method (especially if you have a profile already) is to just
copy (XCOPY) the desired profile over the roaming profile (I would
make a copy first), optionally including subdirectories.

** Suggestion: Use \\server\ProfileShare\UserName for you profile
locations, where username=each_user_name_directory and specify
this as \\server\ProfileShare\%username% in the property sheet.
(Don't create these "directories" let the OS do it.)

Thanks However, the email account doesn't copy over. The client use regular
pop3 account. We don't have our own mail server. So how can i also transfer
with the email accounts(include messages already in the local account) ? i
can do a export/import in the outlook/express, but it will be more efficient
to do all at once.

Sorry, you asked for the Profile. Without knowing your "pop3"
software I cannot give you a full answer, especially if it is third party
software, but....

You can use the USMT (User State Migration Tool) to move most
anything that is user data, including specifically Outlook and Outlook
Express email and settings.

It can even be extended if you have the need and your (other) software
requires more to be moved.

Thanks!
where can i find USMT tool?

Somewhere on the MS website, I suggest searching Google:

[ usmt | "user state migration" microsoft: ]

There's a colon: after: microsoft:

Or:
[ usmt | "user state migration" site:microsoft.com ]

You might through in the word "download" for the search also.
