Transfer FAT32 Files to NTSF files

I have installed XP Home and a new hard drive(addition),
but am unable to open the FAT 32 files on my old hard
drive. Need to get files switched. Also cannot boot on
my old Windows 98 where the FAT files are.
 
What happens when you try to access your old hard drive? Does the old drive
even show up? Windows XP is able to read FAT32 partitions so I suspect your
problem is with the way you have installed the drive...
