transfer email folders to new computer?

I need to transfer my email folders and their contents
from my old system to my new system via zip drive. My
old system was Outlook Express on Win ME. My new system
is Outlook on Win XP Home Ed. I have even been unable to
find the actual file location where this would be stored.
Any ideas?

Go here:
Backup and Restore OE
http://insideoe.tomsterdam.com/backup/index.htm

You need to backup the folders on your old machine, and then restore them
into OE on the new. Then import/export to Outlook.
