transfer datas into different sheet using macro?

Hello,
Im new in using excel macro. Im familiar with Visual Basic 6.But not in
VBA. Im on my intern right now. My boss ask me to make a program using
macro that will transfer data into different sheets. There are thousand
of records and they really need a program for transferring automatically
with one click.

1 sheet per person...Is this possible in macro?
please help me.I really find a hard time thinking on how can I do
this.
Any help would be so much appreciated.

did you try using record macro while doing these tasks manually. once you
recrod this you can use the code and modify it to automise the task.
