Good morning,
Could somebody give me a hint to know how can I transfer data from Word?
I have name and address in a small label.

Also, I have the same information on Excel. I have name and address inside a
cell.

How can I move than information in my tables?

Excel is pretty easy: File... Get External Data... Import and selecting Excel
from "files of type" will let you import a Spreadsheet into a table, rows into
records, columns into fields. This can be an existing table or a new one.

Word is harder, since the data in Word is not (generally) divided into fields.
Even a Word Table is pretty seriously incompatible with an Access table; I've
had to copy and paste the data from Word into Excel and then import it.
