Transfer data from mastersheet to various worksheet

Hi,

I have a master data in one worksheet. It has 4 columns, User Name, Short
ID, Application Name & Location.
It has approx. 400+ rows of user names divided into 65 locations.
I want a formula or macro written to automatically divide this 400+
usernames into 65 different locations into 65 different worksheet of the same
file as far as possible or in a new file.

In short 65 different worksheet which has 400+ username.
Please help me solve this.........
