Transfer Contacts Info from OL 2003 to OE 2002

Export them to a Comma Separated Values (.CSV) file in Outlook using the
Import/Export Wizard (on the File menu), then in OE, use File | Import |
Other Address Book to import from the CSV.

There is no such thing as OE 2002. Do you mean Outlook 2002 or Outlook
Express?
