Transfer calendar, contacts to different language

I had an English version of Outlook XP, and had all of my folders backed up
(calendar, contacts etc.).

I now have a new computer with Office 2003, but in German. I imported my
files, but Outlook is showing two different versions for each file (for
instance "Contacts" and "Kontakte" in German). I can't seem to transfer the
English version to the German version, or delete the German version, or
otherwise combine the two to produce one version.

I don't care if the name of the file is in German or English - I just want
one file running around in each case, and not new entries in the German
version & old entries in the English version.

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Don't import. Just connect to the original file by File-> Open-> Outlook
Data File and set it as the default delivery location in Tools-> E-mail
Accounts-> Next-> dropdownlist at the bottom

You can match the language of the folders with the language of the client by
starting Outlook with the /resetfoldernames switch.
