Transfer addresses to "Contacts"from "contacts in personal folders

how do I transfer the addresses or remane the personal file as the contacts
file'

I *presume* you're talking about Microsoft Outlook here... right? Or
are you using a Microsoft Access database (this *is* an Access
newsgroup...?)

If you're using Outlook, please scroll down the list of subject areas
and find one for Outlook. If you're using Access, please describe your
table structure - what are the "personal file" and "contacts file"???
