How do I transfer a website from FrontPage 2000 on my old computer to
FrontPage 2003 on my new computer? The various file transfers I've tried so
far haven't worked. Any step by step advice?

Log on to your site with FP and publish down to your new machine.

You can always open your site live on the web and publish direct to your
computer ... if your networked just publish to the location on your other
computer you want to store webs ... if you use the nav bot and shared
borders publishing will keep your nav view intact.
