Transaction question...

Hi,
I'm thinking of using transaction in my application but I'm not familiar in
this area.

There is a question I would like to ask.

How to I specify a transaction that I can set the isolation Level & the
locking hints for that particular transaction..

I know now how to set the isolation level but how can I set the locking for
the transaction?
