I've done a bit of programming in Access 97 which is coming along nicely but I want to really get in to Access 2003
I find it easy to get overwhelmed with all the things I need to know

Can anyone recommend books, CBTs or Seminars that would help me along? (Some books are better written than others, not to mention errors in code examples (which take me hours to figure out what they should have put and the amount of wall punching that go on during that process.) The leap from the “Access Programming for Dummies†to God of all things Access is where I’m at. Ish

A great Beginning to Intermediate level book (with some Advanced subjects
too) is John L. Viescas's book:

Microsoft Access 2003 Inside Out:

Another good one, although it's for version 2002 is The Access Developer's
Handbook
