The Microsoft Website use demos and I would like to know what tool they are
using to create them?
 
We use a great product to develop our Computer Based Training (CBT's) modules
for Microsoft Powerpoint and Office called Camtasia Studio. It allows you to
record multiple audio tracks with a screen recorder. To view a demo of our
