Tracking Training

Here's what I would like to do in Access...
A user logs in and receives a list of training that needs to be completed.
Training can be in any form (pdf, powerpoint, flash, etc.). A user
completes a training module and the database gets updated. Is this possible
in Access? And if you which verison 2002 and/or 2003?

Almost anything, datawise like what you described, is possible in any
version of Access.
