Tracking Training Facilitation Hours

How can I set up a database to track and log our training departments
facilitation hours?

I am using Access 2000
 
That is a very vague question.

You would need to tell us EXACTLY what data you need to store, how it should
be structured, how you do it now, what reports and queries you need to get
out of it, etc.
