Hi
Format Col E as Time - 12:00:00
In E 2 enter the time you want to display
I would insert the time difference in one of the open columns, to make
copying easier. You appear to be using col's A, C and E only? In D, insert
the various time differences, eg in D6, enter 1, in D7 enter 0, in D8 enter
-10 and so on.
In E6 enter the following formula
=IF($E$2="","",$E$2+(D6/24))

If you cannot do this, then you will have to write formulae for each row, eg
=IF(E2="","",E2+(1/24))
=IF(E2="","",E2+(-10/24))
and so on
