Tracking tab

One of my users is complaining that the tracking tab no longer appears
after sending a message with a Read Receipt and a Sent Receipt. The
tracking tab was in the message under "Sent Items". I worked with
outlook 2003 myself and I was never able to get this tab to appear
UNLESS I use the voting buttons. It works find when I use a voting
button but no other time. Is there another option I need to choose to
get this working?

The tab normally doesn't show up until a response comes back. Has this
happened?

After the response comes back the tab does not appear. The sent
message is received. The read message is received, and the reply from
the person you sent it to is received but no tab appears in the sent
message in your Sent Items box.

Unless you use a voting button....

weird... can you give me steps to duplicate because I can't get a
duplication when running against Exchange 5.5 or 2003.

What would you like me to show you the steps to duplicate? I don't
understand your question. In my example I simply send a message with
Return Receipt requested and Send Receipt selected.
I am using Exchange 2003 here.

FYI. Someone else in this newsgroup had the same problem but I did not
see a solution. Here is a copy of the message:

If you open the message that you requested the delivery receipt on,

should see a tracking tab. that will show you the results of the

Right... Patricia is pretty much saying the same thing I am is that you will
see the tracking tab show once a read, delivery, or voting receipt comes
back and not before then. (If nothing comes back, then that tab shouldn't
show up.)

The problem is, I don't see the tracking tab once a read or delivery
recipt comes back. I do with a voting, though...
