Hi,

Just wondered if anyone knows what determines whether the
tracking tab appears on emails in your sent items? I have
sent a number of emails with delivery receipt requested
but the tracking tab has not appeared. I have also sent
emails with voting buttons and have the same issue.
However, i do have a number of emails that do display the
tracking tab but i cannot see what the difference is
between them and the ones without. I am using outlook 2002
on Windows XP.

Thanks in advance.

Once you see the tab and have the tracking responses, Is there a way to
print out the tracking? I've been wondering about this for about the last
18 months.

to see the tab, you need to send the messages using RTF format and receive
the response as an RTF message. once the first response is processed, the
tab appears.
