tracking changes to AD objects

I like knowing who makes what changes to various AD objects and when. In windows 2000 I can look at the last modified date and time. Is there any product out there that will track changes to AD objects and store them somewhere along with who made the change? For instance if someone changes someone's group membership I would like there to be a record of it.

track it in the security log and import it into an sql database or
seomthing with vbscript
