Tracking Access

I have a worksheet password protected for opening, how can I track who
accesses this file?

in one of our files we do this:

Opps. three of the above lines wrapped. all lines should
start with sheets or worksheets
We have a similar sub Workbook close that list time out.
problems occur with this when the WB is opened by more
than 1 person at a time and is difficult to analyse.
We are thinking about setting up a seperate file and have
the code log the time in and out in that file so each
possible user can have their own time in and out. no
decision on that yet. no developement either.
