Track changes

Hi all,

Want to track a if a value for a job number changes from month t
month

Attached is an example

Each month the job is reviewed to see if the orginal forecast/Estimat
has changed. If it has the formula should return a "Change since las
month" if unchanged then "No Change".

The job number could appear for 12 months and the data can't b
sorted.
