Track changes when msg is in html format

My question is: Is this possible?

Iam able to track changes with rtf msg's but when the email is in HTML
format I am not able to track any changes? Am I missing something?

Not possible (there are some hooks to it but that is not very reliable when
it is received with another mail client), but you can use the "Mark my
comments with" feature;
Tools-> Options-> button E-mail Options...
