Track Changes Question

Is there a way in Word 2003 to keep track changes on, but not have the name
or ID of the document reviewer(s) be shown in the Reviewers list?

Thank you.

Yes. Tools\Options\ Security tab check "Remove personal information from
file properties on save" , this will change all the reviewers name to author.

My security tab as noted below is not checked, yet anytime I save, all
changes revert to "author". Any suggestions as to how to stop Word from
doing this?

The option is document specific. Did you check to see if it's selected when
a document that exhibits the behavior is open (and active)?

Thanks Beth, it was checked in the doc. Now that I know it is doc specific,
I'll be able to manage it.

Best regards,
