G Guest Sep 13, 2007 #2 Yes. Tools\Options\ Security tab check "Remove personal information from file properties on save" , this will change all the reviewers name to author.

G George Feb 7, 2008 #3 My security tab as noted below is not checked, yet anytime I save, all changes revert to "author". Any suggestions as to how to stop Word from doing this?

B Beth Melton Feb 7, 2008 #4 The option is document specific. Did you check to see if it's selected when a document that exhibits the behavior is open (and active)?
