track changes comments

How do I stop comments from printing at end of document. I do want the
ballons to print.
 
You could start by allowing more margin area for markup if you have so many
comments that they're overflowing to the end. On the Track Changes tab of
Tools | Options, you can set the percentage of the line allowed for
balloons.
