Track changes by different reviewers

I have a document that has track changes made by three of my colleagues. How
do I merge the track changes made by them into only one reviewer, so that
when I sent the file, the person has all the track changes coming from only
one reviewers rather than multiple reviewers, but without deleting the
changes made by them?
 
If you check the box for "Remove personal information from file properties
on save" on the Security tab of Tools | Options, the markup will be
retained, but all the changes will be marked as "Author."
