tracert results

I have WinXP Home and when I run tracert to see the route being taken
to a specific address the first hop listed is 10.32.80.1. Is this a
Windows networking specific ip?

Its in the private address space. Maybe its the lan port of your router.
Maybe its the wan port of your router. Maybe its your isp's gateway
server...
 
A whois check says this.
