tproblems I can ot solve

I actually have 3 problems that I do not know how to solve
1.when I turn off my computer I get a message "End
Program Touch Pad Object Helper Window - this program is
not responding to return to windows and check the status
of the problem click cancell. if you choose to end the
program immediately you will loose any unsaved data to
end the program now click end now."(I have no clue )
2.the system goes to sleep in a matter of seconds even
when I am working on something and don't type fast enough.
(again I have no clue)
3.all of the sudden the page up/down button next to the
touch pad does not work.

1 and 3: Check for updated software for your touchpad or reinstall the
software that you currently have for it.

2: Don't know. This should only happen when the system has been idle for x
amount of minutes. Have you checked the settings in Power Options to see if
they need to be bumped up a bit? Do you have a keyboard combination mapped
for standby or sleep?
