TPM Problem...

Hi folks !

I just installed a brand new PC :

Intel DQ965GFEKR (tpm version 1.2)
core 2 duo E6600...
2gb kingston ram...
2x 250Gb Raid1
etc

And I setup TPM according to this site
http://technet2.microsoft.com/WindowsVista/en/library/c61f2a12-8ae6-4957-b031-97

Everything was fine...

To make a test, I reboot the pc, turn off TPM in Bios, try to boot the
system... asking for a key, entering the key everything was alright.
restart the PC, reactive tpm in Bios.

and now, guess what ? I got a error in vista "Protection of C: by BitLocker
Drive encryption is disabled."
And when I try to turn in on, i get this error "Bitlocker Drive Encryption
Error, CAnnot encrypt disk, To use external keyx on this computer, the
computer must have a TPM."

I try to found over the web, and I could only found 1 guy with the same
error. and no news.

Anybody got an ideas ???
