Total Values

Hi,
I am designing a report where I am grouping and then subgrouping by two
fields. What I want is to make totals at each grouping level (i.e. the main
group and subgroup levels).

Any ideas?

I am using Access 2003. I went to View->Sorting and Groups but there was
nothing to control the totals.

Assuming that you added group footers, you can add controls to the footers
with sources like

Control Source: =SUM(Amount)

That should sum the amount over the relevant group. You can use the same
formula in a subgroup to get the sum for the subgroup.
