ever since downloading Windows XP2, my computer has
totally crashed and gone wacko. Before my desktop even
appears, i have porn sites showing up, all kinds of ads,
i cannot get to any help site, it is EXTREMELY SLOW,
there is a new toolbar which i cannot get rid of....it is
a mess. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP.....I cannot even log onto
windows help....

You had spyware on before you installed SP-2
Perform the yellow section to get rid of spyware and viruses:

You may need to uninstall SP-2, if necessary, double click on "Service
Pack 2" in Add/Remove Programs.
Follow prompts and reboot.
