Hey, I was wondering if there is a formula i could use which counts
the number of text boxes which have been filled with a certain
colour...

I'm using a spreadsheet to work out how many people have paid, who
wont pay, who said they will pay and those who i havent spoken to..all
of which are assigned a different colour...

and instead of counting by hand is there a function or formula i can
use to get excel to do this for me at all??
