TOSHIBA/ Microsoft updates

[CSU/ TOSHIBA ISSSUES]

I have a Toshiba laptop that has been fast and without problems for almost 2
years. As soon as I did the Microsoft updates that I was alerted to do, my
windows became unresponsive most of the time and my Microsoft Office takes
forever to respond. I have read various places that Toshiba laptops have an
issue Microsoft downloads -is that the case? I am not extremely computer
literate, so if someone could give me steps to fix this, it would be greatly
appreciated! Thanks!

This is not immediate on-line web support. It is newsgroups and it
will take time for an answer. Stop posting the question over and over.

Problem sounds more related to malware - you can use Control Panel to remove
updates
